Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
